Mold Flow
We use MOLDFLOW software to simulate the resin flow in cavity, it will offer to mold designer the best reference solution and greatly reduce the tooling development lead time. We will make moldflow for the thin part , big part and manifold cavities to select gate location,analysis the part deformed/warpaged in molding.

Mold & Part Analysis
Before making the mold, we will give out our suggestion in the <Part & Mold Analysis Report> not only on the mold design, but also product design. So that we can avoid problems, at the same time make the mold more easily and save cost. |

CAD
GTS Mold is using the AutoCAD for 2D mold design and Unigrahics for 3D mold design.
The assembly drawing is generated from defining parameters for standard components of mold base, insert parts, slides. |

QC
Quality control is a major component of each machining project for GTS. Our quality procedure and management system strictly carries out according to ISO9001.
The accurate measuring & testing equipment in factory allow QC team and in-process inspection procedure to check all components after machining and before assembly.
Measure and Inspection equipments as followings
(1) Vernier caliper, micrometer, thick/thin plug,guage, screw gauge.
(2)Sclerometer, temperature measuring apparatus and color chart.
(3)Toolmaker, Microscope, height Master, surface Plate.
